It probably isn’t a coincidence that just when I wrote about Blogsvertise and making money from online videos, I found this announcement from Blogsvertise:
We’re also going to be experimenting shortly with an enhanced blog-entry offering called Blogsvertise Video Ads. These will be blog entries you make but with a twist. In addition to the written up blog entry you will be asked. to record a youtube video-ad of yourself of approximately 30 second about the advertisers products and services and load the video onto your blog via youtube. Like your own little commercial…! The easiest way to record the video is with a web-cam, cellphone, or digital camera. Once the video is recorded and added to youtube, you can include the video with your blog entry. We will be making premium payouts on these Video Ad offers and they will be optional for you to participate in. These will be premium payout ads, and will typically range in the $20-40 range (1-time payouts) depending on your blogs pagerank. Like all tasks you can accept or decline any Video Ad offers made to you.
I also realise that not only are they offering ‘Blog Entry’ ads (sponsored posts), they’ve also added two other advertising options for their blogger-publishers: Blog Text Link Ads (much like TextLinkAds*) and Blog Homepage Banner (similar to running paid text links, but runs paid banners on a monthly basis instead). And yes, now they have the video ads.
If you’re signed up with Blogsvertise and you want to participate in these other ad programmes, make sure that you edit your blog listing and check the advertising options that you wish to run.

Hi Thanks for the info here. I’m a member of Blogsvertise as well and just checked my blogs listed with them. I already have all the different ones checked but havent received any notices about video ads, banners or text link ads. Have you had many offers yet?
